“The headlights are ok but the LED bulbs that were supposed to be plug and play do not fit, they are too long and the lamp cannot be closed, as for the set dedicated to the gti halogens for the hybrid bumper, it is a Chinese replacement which in my case does not work at all and I have to buy new ones, the contact attempt ended without any response, I do not recommend these sets in their entirety.”
“Not impressed. I have a T5 transporter which had T5.1 headlight upgrade in 2019 provided by travel in lite. Having had an auto electrician test the off side front he informed me the unit itself needed replacement. Having now rang for two days which on both occasions “Scott will call you back” and hasn’t I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.”
“I have bought from Travelin Lite several times before and never had any issues, sadly on this occasion i am not having any luck. I placed an order for brake discs and pads over a week ago, i got in touch after 4 days because their app said delivered but we had not received it, then the app changed to dispatched. I was informed that they didn't have any stock (so not even dispatched) and had to order them in from the supplier and that someone called 'Tom' had been in touch with me ? (no one had contacted me at all) then i'm told that they would call the suppliers and get straight back to me (that was Thursday, its now the following Tuesday) i've chased this up several times to be told the same thing "i will chase the supplier and come back to you" .... but no one gets back to me, Sadly i've had to open a claim with paypal for the money because i need to get this sorted by Thursday so you are unlikely to be able to get them delivered to me by tomorrow (wednesday)... just refund me the £145 and i'll buy from a local motor factor, i don't have time to waste. very poor service, what's happened? you used to be great!”
