“I had an absolutely fantastic experience, and it's all thanks to Kim! She was incredibly helpful in modifying my flight and went the extra mile to assist with my seat selection. Kim didn't just do her job; she truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her dedication and exceptional service were so appreciated. I highly recommend her for any travel assistance – she's a star!”

“A special shout out to "Kim" for helping me solve the seat selection mess, you rock. A special shout out to "Damon" for suggesting me to postpone 2 tickets, which were actually gonna be a No-Show (plan dropped last minute). This helped me reuse that money after almost 6 months (u never know when plan changes). David Miller, Damon Watson, Kane, Stella, Kim ... these are the representatives who have assisted me so far and they all are superb. Clear, concise communication, deep knowledge of Air travel and VISa restrictions, patience in seat selection, etc. A special shout-out to Damon who helped me get a voucher for an unused non cancellable ticket (which otherwise wud have gone waste).”
