“The agency is unreliable. I booked a ticket from USA to India with their assistance. I had an expired student visa and the agent assured me that I can transit via Paris, but I was stopped at the check in at Cincinnati. They told me I wasn't allowed to travel via Paris with an expired US visa. When I called travelopod, they told me I will not be refunded, and offered to book an alternative flight to India at a cost twice as much as shown on Google. I paid a hefty amount and booked an immediate flight to India as my visa appointment was in a couple days. When I explained and confronted the company regarding the same, they denied speaking to me and said that I called another agent when the issue happened at the airport. They also claimed to have sent people in the same itenary with an expired visa, while it is not legal. Terrible experience with the agency, and cause me a loss of 3000 usd. I am traumatized and will never use any other travel agent for booking flights.”

“Travelopod is Amazing. David Miller, Damon Watson, Kane, Stella ... these are the representatives who have assisted me so far and they all are superb. Clear, concise communication, deep knowledge of Air travel and VISa restrictions, patience in seat selection, etc. A special shout-out to Damon who helped me get a voucher for an unused non cancellable ticket (which otherwise wud have gone waste). First, they know all the cheap options (which are not possible for us in to find using Goggle flights or other search engines). They also have special offers available. Then, they give you a date/time changeable ticket at the cost of basic fare ticket (airlines still do not allow change, travelopod is providing that extra facility for same cost). This reason is alone enough for the peace of mind that comes knowing you can always change the itinerary. They also have detailed knowledge of VISA restrictions of different airlines and airports and they know it by experience, not just airline FAQs. Further, this Info is updated almost daily, since they have their own customers traveling on these routes, so its up to date. Finally, they are super patient on call and help you with all other small, big things, like baggage allowance, free seat selection, etc. David Miller helped me with my Initial bookings and he was amazing. Stella Brown helped me with Seat Selection and wheelchair assistance selection for my parents and she was awesome as well. Keep Rocking guys.”
