“I talked to Emma Rose today for my upcoming trip and had so many queries. She listened to me patiently, answered all my questions, and helped me with my seat selection and meal preferences. She understood what I am looking for and took care of it right away. She is very sweet, I really enjoyed talking to her. 5stars to Emma Rose for her incredible service.”

“There was a mixup with my flight. I somehow got double booked and charged. I put in for a credit on my card. Mr Melvin Wilson followed up with me daily to make sure I was refunded and OK. I was very impressed with that. I will definitely use Travelpod again and spread the word”

“Emma, helped me to get seat reservations n meals preference plus wheelchair assistance today, She was very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, I asked her so many questions for my knowledge and had the patience to answer all of them.
