“This company is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
We booked flight tickets with them to fly in April 2020 and obviously couldn't travel because of Covid. We were offered a voucher and when trying to use it, we were told we'd have to pay an extra £300 (on top of the £1200 original flights) even though the tickets were showing at £890 on Aeromexico's website. Since then, we've been trying to book our flights and sent many emails without ONE SINGLE ANSWER. Whenever we call we are told to send an email because no one can do anything on the phone. We have now contacted our bank in the hope they will get our full refund (two years later).
There is literally a Facebook group that is for ALL the people who have been scammed by TravelUp. I will never ever use this company ever again and have contacted a Journalist from The Guardian who has already made a few articles on them (because too many people got scammed by them during the pandemic).”
“After sending 12 emails to Harley and Roman. They have ignored me. I have been waiting 2 months for a reply. They made a mistake by sending me an email to say my flight was delayed when it wasn't. Obviously I went to the airport later and missed my flight. Harley promised me a refund and will not put me down as a no show and booked another flight for later that evening to my inconvenience. She also told me to write a positive review for her on here before she sends me the confirmation tickets! Absolutely appalling. I am very upset they did not return my phone calls or emails and stole my money. This will be reported to the authorities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY ARE CHEAP - THEY ARE A DISGRACE.”
“No communication at all. I had a flight booking that was cancelled by the airline in Dec 2021, I therefore expected to receive a refund. I have spoken to customer service team several times on the phone and each time they promise that they will send an email to confirm that the refund is being processed but no email is ever received and nothing happens. Every time I get through someone on the phone I am told that Ben Murphy was dealing with it so I have to speak to him, why would you have a system that is based on individual employees being responsible for a booking? I have tried using the automated update system on the website but again no response. Over 3 months since original flight date but still no response. Every other travel agent that I used for this trip has refunded the various parts that were cancelled by different airlines and communicated with me throughout the process. Really poor customer service.”
“the worst company ever I have dealed with. they are just looting. I have requested them to change my wife's flight from london to mumbai which was cost me 1024 £. After follow up one of the person from admin came back to me with some option, they were charging 454£ extra I told them ok as we have to travel on those dates and then right away he shared payment link with me, I paid within the time and requested to issue my updated ticket but now he is saying that price has been changed and asking to pay 300£ more. when I checked the same flight on their website the fare difference is just 200£ and now they are charging additional 754£. they mentioned in their advertise that book with confidence but its just on paper. My friends I suggest to book the ticket directly from airline at least they just charge only price difference based on current price. avoid such frauder”
“Mr. Noman Aslam helped me to reschedule my flight for my family. I did not manage to get what I requested but my flight was rescheduled. Mr Noman Aslam was very helpful to resolved the issue. Over the last few days I came across different representative from Travelup customer services most of them very helpful especially Rio, Shahrukh Syed, Enson but Mr Daniel Garreth was very abrupt representative. Gareth needs to learn etiquettes to speak to frustrated customers. He was keep saying that you were wasting my time and using threatening abusive language, ignoring customers frustration,. On top of that was giving false information such as rescheduling will take 3 to 5 weeks till that time don't contact us. This kind of behavior is really shameful for the Travelup company. I hope you will take account of my comments for future development. Finally I was very satisfied with Mr Noman Aslam responses for my query.”

“They are keeping money for a holiday never booked with them. They lied to say they were another company when I phoned a number that now does not exist. They are refusing to refund me despite my card provider asking them to. Please do not book your holiday with travel up.”
