“Firstly i did eventually receive a good product at a cheap price in the January sales. I'm very happy with my new waterproof chainsaw pants to celebrate moving up North. But delivery from DPD was a mess - enabled by Treekit. I ordered I think on boxing day, and accidentally typed my neighbours address 37 instead of mine 39. I noticed on the order confirmation that it was wrong and straight away sent Treekit a message to amend the delivery address. The item wasn't dispatched for over a week, but still got sent to the wrong address. The courier DPD took it back to their depot since i didnt live at that address, and I had to contact them three times before they finally tried to redeliver - when they finally did they still didn't change the address though I had explained it every time I called them, and so it was just by chance that I pulled in from work right as the chap from DPD was walking up to my neighbour's door. Otherwise, apparently, he would have had to take it away again. So yeah total fail from DPD, wasted a bunch of my time trying to sort it , but I wouldn't have had to go through that if you'd just updated my address in the week or so before you dispatched it. So i am a bit salty.”

“Great fast delivery. I got the wrong part though. My fault realy however it would have been avoided if the item was labeled more clearly. (Petzl sequoia rope bridge). Ive bodged it onto my harness anyhow👍🤞”

“I have used Treekit as a supplier for several years now, and in general, they have always come through with advice on equipment and providing what I need. With COVID and Brexit, and now the current hike in fuel prices, getting stuff delivered to the Highlands where I live is becoming even more of a challenge. It may be beyond Treekits control, but a couple of orders this year have taken longer than expected to arrive with a small knock on effect to my work. I will continue to use Treekit as a supplier, but one thing I would like them to improve is their active communication. If I make a call, and someone says they will investigate my question and call back, or if a delay occurs in my order that I should be notified of, then it’s not unreasonable to expect that call or update.”

“The Good: Website great, order process smooth, products, when I eventually got them, very good quality (throw weight and line). The Bad: DPD misplaced the parcel twice and I had to ring them to get it sorted. DPD did sort it out very promptly though. So 3 stars for the overall experience, perhaps not Treekit's fault. I've not had a problem with DPD before though. I will likely use Treekit again.”
