“Called the store before ordering online. The staff who answered my call was very very very helpful. Beyond expectation. A++++ experience. The shop sent my order very fast. However, NZPOST has an unacceptable looooong delay in delivering my package. I understand that there is nothing the shop can do about this because they have already used the most expensive courier option. Just be aware of this when you making orders.”

“Had some phone enquiry on a product, they answered promptly, and professionally. I bought a ukulele from here(orange carbon fibre plastic uke). Excellent service from this crowd with lightning fast delivery Delivery was like pre covid days. So I bought a second ukulele. And yip. Same super fast delivery again. BTW delivery was from Auckland to Rotorua”
