“Customer service agent hung up on me!! I asked to speak with Rachel, he replied to email he, iI than said I've emailed multiple times with no answer, and boom he just hung up on me. Terrible customer service!”

“Returned my item, which had a value of over £200. Royal Mail confirmed delivery of this to TrendyGolf and now they are ignoring my emails.  Do not buy from this company unless you are happy parting with large amounts of money!”

“I called to return a skirt and they said they would send me a shipping label. They never sent it and when I called back, I was told first that I wasn't allowed to be upset and second that they weren't wasting my time because I called them. You can buy these same amazing brands at other stores. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.”

“I purchased a pair of golf shoes from them, they came in a reasonable amount of time. They were too big. I called and actually reached a live person who ASSURED me that since they didn't have the size needed, if I sent them back, they would refund me my money. I shipped the shoes back. Two weeks later, still no refund. I called back. This time they told me that since they had been worn (ONE TIME WHICH IS HOW I DISCOVERED THEY DIDN'T FIT), they would not refund my money and were sending the shoes back to me. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“a nightmare dealing with their customer service in trying to get something returned...and then credited back to my CC...had to pay for shipping both ways and it's been 10 days and CC not credited back yet...would NEVER do business with them again”

“They shipped me an item that was completely different than what I ordered. Different item, different color, wrong size. I was then responsible for the shipping cost of $19.99 and the return shipping cost. Customer service is almost non-existent. Avoid them like COVID!”

“Twice now during the sales, I select and item, it goes into my basket, I go to checkout - it deducts my money then flashes up that the item is out of stock. Very poor.”

“To ship shoes to the East Coast, they tack on a "heavy order" fee on top of the shipping costs. Literally to ship a pair of shoes to the east coast will cost you roughly $32. What a joke.”
