“Trenitalia canceled our trip because the employees took the day off. We had to make other travel arrangements and now Trenitalia has offered a 25% refund for services they refused to provide. Worst travel experience ever! Stay away from this terrible company”

They sell tickets for particular services, then you can't hop on as the train is full. Very poor service”
