“Terrible customer service. Website that doesnt work. Impossible to get a refund even when its Trenitalias fault. Don't travel by train in Italy.”

“Sadly, very difficult to travel with Trenitalia. They sell tickets for particular services, then you can't hop on as the train is full. Very poor service”
