I can't longer recommend and must leave a review to warn others, This bracelet was broken manafuator issue . I was also chatting with Joey. I think after 2 hours, yes that is correct 2 HOURS waiting for some answers in the chat. I am able to show a picture of the broken bracelet. Clearly it is a manafuator problem.

I ordered on 2 different occasions and never recieved the product. On both occasions Tribal Hollywood took no responsibility and directed me to the carrier. Moreover they provided inaccurate delivery dated as well as when it would be ready. Terrible customer service. They completely ignore you or just stop emailing you back from Manager to Customer service rep.

Warning: Long winded review, doing this to warn other potential customers. I purchased a necklace off of Tribal Hollywood’s website a few months ago. I wanted to buy something special to celebrate something personal. I wanted something that was unique but would also go with everything so I purchased a cross necklace. The point of this purchase was to buy something that I thought was durable, something I could feel comfortable always wearing, something that wasn’t too nice but also something that wasn’t cheap, something that was comfortable to wear all the time. I found what I thought was the perfect piece off of Tribalhollywood.com, $595 cross necklace…it was literally exactly what I was looking for. When the necklace arrived I was even happier with my decision, buying stuff online can be sketchy, especially jewelry because you can’t see the size or feel the weight of the cross and chain but it was perfect…also loved how it looked on me. Huge success with finding exactly what I wanted…until about a week later which is when I noticed that the cross was starting to turn green. So I called Tribal Hollywood up and explained the situation to their representative. He then proceeded to tell me that fine jewelry is not meant to be worn and that this was my fault. He told me, don’t wear it in the shower, don’t wear it working out, don’t wear it to sleep, don’t ware it if its raining, don’t wear it if it’s humid. (I live in the south where the air is moist and thick in the summer time and the rain storms blow in and out without much warning.) and simply not to wear it unless it was a controlled environment and special occasion. When I asked him why there were no warning signs on the website or the packaging that it arrived in saying that the piece was not meant to be worn because it would turn green he told me that most people know better. When I asked him about the 60 day money back guarantee that was all over the site he snapped back at me and told me absolutely not because I was IGNORANT in how I wore the necklace and then repeated himself that ‘FINE JEWELRY’ was not to be worn. Well, sir…I’m sorry but I know many people that have pieces of jewelry that cost thousands dollars that they never take off. I also know people that have $30 chains from Walmart that they never take off…neither of which turn green on them. He snapped back and told me that Tribal Hollywood would not accept my return under any circumstance. I then asked him how I should care for the piece and he told me to look it up online. I had the conversation on speaker phone with my co-worker in the room and his jaw was on the ground by how the sales rep was talking to me. I am a business owner, I am the loyalest of customers and I am the first to admit when I have done something wrong or been ignorant somehow. That is not this situation at all. This situation did not only leave me angry then but I’m still angry months later which is why I’m sitting here writing a review because I can’t shake how this all went down. I did not buy a $600 chain and cross to hang on my wall at home, I bought this piece of jewelry to wear, to celebrate my accomplishments. I now hardly wear the piece because it turns my chest green when I do. I’m frustrated with the purchase but I am still angry at how I was talked to and how the situation was handled. You should never talk to people the way that this man talked to me but the fact that he talked to one of his customers like this, thats why I’m writing this review. Also, to warn other potential buyers that this company does not honor it’s warranty policy that is on their site under ‘Returns are Easy’. Last thing I’ll say is that I understand Tribal Hollywood did not make this piece, but Tribal Hollywood sold it…it is their responsibility to educate the person if something they are selling is not to be worn. It is also their responsibly to stand by their return policy that is posted on their site.

Poor quality. $110 rubberband basically. Fell apart after wearing gently twice. Return policy is difficult.
