“Will wait a month or so to see whether it does anything positive. The wrist connection is very fiddly , in fact takes ages to fasten. Would not recommend to anyone with any hand or wrist issues.”

This is currently in customs awaiting clearance I am not able to give you a more accurate date for delivery on this as it is at the discretion of customs (RV541816622GB)

“I ordered 2 bracelets in size S and referred to the sizing chart before the purchase. Also measured my wrist to make sure. Turns out the bracelets are far too small. I will be sending them back. It took an awful long time (around 2 weeks) for them to arrive anyway...it almost felt like they were coming from China. So I'm dreading another wait.”

Good Afternoon Edward Firstly I would like to apologise you have not received your bracelet yet. I can confirm your bracelet was dispatched from our Fulfillment warehouse on the 28th November, you should receive your bracelet by Monday at the latest. Dispatching from our warehouse has taken longer than expected due to a high number of sales over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. “The bracelet itself is great. However, the size guide is wrong. My wrist is 18cm. I ordered size M that says 19cm. I am able to close the strap but it is extremely tight.”

“The loop was too small we have returned it to you signed as received 18/8/18 have requested replacement & waiting to hear from you as to the balance payable .A little concerned as have not heard from you 4 days following your receipt of the returned loop - please chase up.”

“The Trion:Z zen loop duo is a stylish solid piece of kit. A really good fasteren far more secure than the Trion:Z solo (of which I repeatedly lost, poor clasp with magnets not very secure). This version is far better and looks good, comfortable and eye catching. Slightly more expensive especially as o lost my previous solo. A great upgrade - hope the energy/muscle recovery and joint pain reduce with this one as they did the last.”

“I had typed in the wrong address on my shipment. Emailed the help desk to hopefully fix the error. Recieved and email back stating address was corrected however on shipping info. Correction was not made. Hopefully will receive my purchase.”
