“We received 3 Trionz bands, 2 measured a med and one a large (we ordered medium) . Decided the larger one was the best fit, Tried to contact Trionz to see how best to return the medium, (we live in Australia), received no answer, ended up posting back the 2 for a direct swap to a large but have had no contact or any notification that it had been received! Sorely disappointed in the after service . Wouldn't order again”

“Long delay in delivery, wasn’t told it was out of stock. The clasp on the Zen loop duo is virtually impossible to operate on your own because of it’s design. Wish I had stuck to my old one !!”

“the braclet is ok but the magnetic clasp is so weak if it gets cought on something it just come undone bye bye £25... :-(”

“I ordered the same size (M) as the one I replaced. But this one is quite a bit smaller, and therefore might not be able to wear.”

“I’ve worn trionz for years and can vouch for their Benefits, however I’ve recently purchased a couple of trionz premium loops both which fell off and were lost as the magnet clasp just isn’t that strong, wrote to customer support who offered me 15% off. Hardly sympathetic given I’ve lost 140 pounds on faulty products. Disappointed as I’ve rated them highly in the past and recommend them to many people.”

“Have always had medium silicone so ordered a medium duo band and is way to small so cannot wear it could I send back and get a new one larger do not have the box but gave not worn it out”

“This is my third band of this style and unfortunately this latest one just doesnt sit correctly on my wrist. The clasp sits at an angle as it would appear that one strap is ever so slightly longer than the other. How do i get a replacement.?”

“Delivered the wrong bracelet! Should check more carefully before dispatching goods as it wastes time having to send back the incorrect one and wait for the new one. I couldn't comment on the correct bracelet, however, customer service/experience so far is poor!”

“Sizing guidance is inaccurate. Product looks great quality but the M size wasn’t 19cm as the guide said so at nearer 18cm it was too tight. Awaiting a replacement so my review could change to 5 stars yet (if the sizing guide is improved)”
