“After wearing my first one the pains subsided after 5 weeks. If I stop wearing one they gradually come back. Would highly recommend anyone suffering from arthritis to try one. Wouldn’t be without one now. Thank you”

“Was a little hard to get on at first. I bought a medium because I had other Trion products that size , but think maybe I could use a small. It's pretty loose. But I do like it.”

“I wanted this to work but didn't believe it would with just magnets. But, I really felt energised by wearing the Trion Z. Very comfortable and doesn't catch on cuffs etc. Like the stylish grey colour.”

“I had a slight problem with my zen loop duo, pin protuding out however contacting with customer service and laying my problem with them, I got a replacement soon. Thank you very much. The response was very fast. I didn't expected that however replying my mail and sending me the replacement band so fast is definately a 5 star. thank you”

“I DO NOT KNOW! For the second time within the last three months, I never received my order. I can review your customer service does not exist. The only way to communicate with your company is by email and there is a five hours difference. So there is always a day delay, what a joke. If you are going to sell your product in the USA. Why not utilize your west coast warehouse. Apparently they only accept returns and exchanges. So I DO NOT understand your business model. Unless it's to ALIENATE your USA customers.”

“Honestly, a disappointed. I purchase the same size as before only this time the band was far smaller and was uncomfortable to wear and left red marks on my wrist I would have returned the item, but have stupidly lost the receipt ! Maybe the band sizing need to be reviewed”
