“Your Web site is fantastic and your July 4th sales price for my Broil King grill couldn't be beat. Your big problem is with communication regarding shipping. There was none. I tried contacting you by online chat (no response). A typical company with the chat feature replies within a minute so you can carry on a conversation right then. Sent an email asking when my order was shipping (long delay before a response and then told to check the shipping info....even though there was none). Tried calling first but got a voicemail saying the phone system was being upgraded and to leave a message.....which was not returned in a timely manner. So long a delay in fact I suspected Tri State was a bogus company and I had been swindled. They really need to work on sending out an email, with tracking information, on the date your order ships. In my case when I finally got a tracking number it was for the first of two carriers and all I could see was my order was delivered but I had no product. It turned out "delivered" meant to the second carrier which I had no idea existed. Lots of unnecessary confusion and stress due to poor communication.”
“I would never place any orders with Tri State - the first order I placed instead of a Natural Gas grill they shipped me the propane, when you call them for more then a week their phones shiffign system and cannot talk to the real person. Then they said they do not have Natual gas grill in stock - all happend July 4th sale - very bad service. void this place.”
“Hora le place to get your fireplace. They made reviving extrémale hard stated they had fireplace in stock and didn’t send it out for a week. The fireplace arrived damaged and all I wanted was them to replace the fake brick that is totally damaged and they refuse to do so.”
