“The garments where a good fit, and delivered quickly, but the international return policy is a bit misleading. For example I ordered a 250$~ suit, which had 40$ shipping. Purchasers has to pay return shipping which came out to 120$, which is much different from 40$. At that point there is no real point in returning it.Not nesscairly their fault, but still frustrating”

“Fantastic service. I ordered a 3 piece suit with accessories on Thursday evening, I paid for domestic express delivery which is next day delivery. The order was processed on Friday and I received my suit and accessories on Saturday morning. Just in time for my nephews wedding that afternoon. Couldn’t ask for more, well done! The suit and accessories are quality too. I am more than happy and will order from here again.”

“Ich habe einen Dreiteiler nach Deutschland bestellt und er wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen getreu der Bestellung geliefert. Er war leider etwas zu groß. Meine Schuld. Der Umtausch (Kosten, ca.15€, trägt man selbst) hat aber problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war sehr gut. Nach zwölf Werktagen ab Rücksendedatum kam der neue Anzug. Jetzt passt er und ich bin rundum zufrieden.Fazit:Toller Shop, tolle Anzüge, toller Kundenumgang. Klare Empfehlung!!”

“Unfortunately I didn’t keep the suit I found the trousers too baggy. I did go a size up the jacket fitted perfectly and the fabric had a good weight to it. Customer service was second to none. Free return and received refund within 5 days. It’s a shame about the trousers I really wanted the suit”

“Incredibly fast shipping to Canada, the blazer was beautiful. Unfortunately, even though I measured and thought I had sized up, it was a bit too small for me. I’ve ordered a larger one and am in the process of sending this one back for a return. So far the return process seems very simple.”
