“I’ve sent back the suit as the quality of material was poor.”

“The suit arrived, a lovley quality suit. We paid £10 to upgrade to suit pants to a size 34inch waist, the packaging person decided to overwrite the instructions on their packing invoice and lie by crossing out size 32inch and saying they're size 34inch. If we thought 32 inch would fit we would have ordered 32inch, and not for them to decide. Also the sleeve has a random dark chrome bottom on that doesn't match anything else and is dangling off. When sending items of clothing out like this Quality control shoukd be of the highest standard. Tried to issue a return within a week of receiving the suit and saying its not within the 30 days return policy. If this is the way business is done knowingly sending items bought in good faith and making it awkward to make return. We can not afford to be out of pocket and had to now go out and buy another suit from Next. which we should have done in the 1st place.”

“The suit does fit. I went to Menswarehouse and had them measure me and the measurements were accurate. Not sure why it didnt fit.”

“Package arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the jacket was not as described and the sizing chart gave the wrong size to order and it was far too big. Returned and waiting on refund.”

“My online order went smoothly although I didn't want the extra shipping protection at £3.75 and wasn't able to remove it from my order which was very frustrating. My order arrived quickly, which was good, but it was sent from a different company, and when I checked their website, the boots I had ordered were £15.01 cheaper. So with the £3.75 shipping protection added onto the £15.01, I feel very annoyed that I ended up paying £18.76 more from TruClothing. It is for that reason that I have only given a 2 star review.”

HI, Thank you for your honest review, but the shipping protection can be removed at the checkout. Also, the market is quite wide and many items can be found on Google at various prices. It was your choice to make a purchase from our site and at the time you were happy with the price you paid for the item.

“Would be 5 stars, except for a size problem. They are great for ordering and delivery was super fast. Last jacket I ordered (same brand) fit perfectly. This one is beautiful but is way too small.”

“I bought the suit for my son, the jacket and waistcoat was perfect but the trousers were a little tight but was unable to get the size I wanted as it’s sold like that as a full suit with pre sizes and no option to change so had to return the suit”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the suit did not fit, and yes, unfortunately, we only have this suit as a set as can be seen before the order there is no trouser swap option for the trousers. Return will be processed accordingly upon receipt!

“First order and the item received was the wrong size and not in the colour as presented on the website. Very disappointing experience. Nonetheless, I appreciated the free return label and having the option to live chat with the team before my order to confirm the sizing. Hope my refund goes well”

“The suit I bought came with the wrong size trousers I ordered 40 34 and I got 40 46 know I have to send it back and get a refund”

“Very cheap quality, the sizing is very off. Every suit I got had the same ‘inch’ size, but it came so small. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied. A waist of time and money because I had to pay an additional £4 for return. :/”

“Came pretty quick, feels cheap tho even when it says 50% wool, tried it on and as i was taking it off the stitching in the shoulder part of the waistcoat came undone, disappointed but needed a suit quick”
