Suit was perfectly fine untill I noticed the zip for the trousers was broken and a big hole in the left pocket! Very poor quality

Half the stuff I ordered never got delivered the stuff that did was pointless as it was half a suit and I got it special delivery as I needed it asap. Also claimed that my order was wrong and wrong sizes etc. sent me wrong size shoes also.

We really apologize for not having sent the trousers along with the rest of the order, due to some error with the packaging, and we issued a refund for this when you called us, since this was the best option for you at that time. Never came for the delivery I paid for. Need for the national nothing but stress and anxiety caused me so much pain ruined my weekend and cost me more money to buy something else to go in left me I a terrible state. Don’t buy from these!

As mentioned via email we did send the parcel with next-day delivery, however, the carrier had misrouted and it was not possible to be delivered it time. Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays which we are not able to control after the parcel leaves our warehouse. We are sorry again for the trouble caused.

I placed an order next day delivery , it was accepted and was sent the dispatch email. The tracking didn’t work! After two days I emailed to see where my waistcoat was to be told sorry it’s not been sent we are out of stock we will refund you.

As explained over email we were informed that the w/c would be shipped by our supplier, however after investigation upon contact this was not the case unfortunately. Poor quality and over priced items, item arrived damaged as it was all stuffed into a bag that was too small. Charged an additional £7.50 for shipping protection on top of the £6.99 postage, I had to pay an additional £4 for returns so £20 out of pocket to look at some cheap nasty clothes !!

Hi Andrew, We are sorry about this but the shipping protection is not obligatory to purchase. You could simply untick the box. Also, we do have a return policy and it clearly shows that we do not offer free returns. By buying on our website you kind of agree to the terms and conditions. If you find this too expensive, you could find another show which will offer you the same items for a percentage of the cost you paid.

1. Product was not the correct colour/ pattern as advertised on website. 2 product was covered in mould and stunk. Not usable. Will be getting sent back. Waste of time using this site.

I ordered a suit on the 14.09.23 and according to your response it was meant to arrive between 19 -21 September. The order number is 54463 and I have not got it yet. Am attending a wedding on Saturday.

I ordered a suit 42R and paid the extra to change the trouser size from a 36 to a 34. I received a 36 in the end which were way too big and I’ll be unable to wear them. Very disappointing considering I ordered the suit for a special occasion which by the time the customer service reply I won’t be able to wear it.

The size is totally ridiculous. It doesn't even come close to being accurate. Going to buy from some one else who knows how to use a tape measure, I'll probably give this one to a charity shop.

There is always some difference in the sizes, based on brand and material used, you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help to select the best size. I bought a ladies brown tweed jacket and matching trousers. The clothes arrived poorly folded and not in a separate bag to the outer packaging. The material felt thin, the garments were not lined. The jacket was too big and I’ll fitting and the trousers to tight. I was very disappointed and will be returning.

Sadly disappointed, boots were not a pair, one a size 3 and the other 3.t. Also clearly different years of manufacture. Have contacted customer services for a refund as auto system didn't work but not yet had a reply.

I ordered a beige tailored linen suit for a summer wedding but was sent a latte coloured heavy woollen slim fit suit. Needless to say I won't be wearing the suit I have been sent and have sent it back expecting a full refund. Terrible service!

really disappointed, first order was really representative of the image on the website, had to exchange, I was informed the exchanged order was ready to pick up from my local post office but at the same time the tracking number still reads that the order is now located at my local DPD depot.
