“I’ve had a great experience using TruClothing through Happy Gentlemen. The suit that my husband ordered was not the same as the suit that arrived. We emailed them and the response was very quick. We returned our suit free of charge, and were refunded quickly, in order to order a different suit. The delivery was extremely fast, and so we have an amazing suit just in time for our event! Many thanks!”

“Never came for the delivery I paid for. Need for the national nothing but stress and anxiety caused me so much pain ruined my weekend and cost me more money to buy something else to go in left me I a terrible state. Don’t buy from these!”

Hello Jordan, thank you for your feedback and once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned via email we did send the parcel with next-day delivery, however, the carrier had misrouted and it was not possible to be delivered it time. Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays which we are not able to control after the parcel leaves our warehouse. We are sorry again for the trouble caused.
