“I love the first date granola! It's so delicious, and I eat it for breakfast every day. I really appreciate that it doesn't have the puffed rice filler that so many other granola varieties use, and that it's not overly sweet. It's just right! And everyone seems to agree with me -- every time I've gone out of town and had someone come stay at my house while I'm gone, the granola has nearly disappeared. Everyone loves it!”

Hello Patty, Thank you so very much for this thoughtful and kind review. In fact, the First Date is my most favorite, too, of all the recipes I've developed over the years. You may not know this, but the only sweetener we use is organic date powder. It doesn't really taste like dates, but is also perfect for those who may be dealing with diabetes, and more nuts than oats. “This is the only low carb granola worth purchasing. I have tried so many! The hand written tip someone put in one of my orders about freezing it was so very helpful. I would suggest adding it to your packaging. I buy the big bag and keep out 1/3, package 2/3 for the freezer. I would also love a chart somewhere on the web site that compares all in one spot calorie, carb, fiber content. I do not know who made the delivery and did not track # of days but was pleasantly surprise at the arrival - so only a few days I think.”

“I love granola and have tried a lot of different brands, but True North is the best! I haven't tried all the flavors yet but everything I have tried has been great. Plus, I love he fact that it's a small company, located not too far from me, and the people are all kind and vey friendly.”

“True North Granola is by far the best granola on the market. Every variety I have purchased has been absolutely delicious but our favorite is NUTTY NO GRAINER because it's just as the name implies....no grain, just nuts & seeds. If I allowed myself, I could sit & eat it until I got sick, it's so delicious. I put it on our morning cereal, on salads, on yogurt & anything I think would enhance the food I've prepared. I buy it by the 5 pound bag & using my kitchen scale bag 1 pound in a bag so I can freeze what I'm not keeping on hand for daily use. Even after being frozen, it's still delicous. I'll keep True North in business as long as they make Nutty No Grainer. Thanks, True North Granola.”

“So first off I am not a huge granola fan but I was at the farmers market in VT and tried a free sample of the first date granola, wow was I impressed!! The granola was full of flavor and had such a crisp fresh taste I had to buy some. I love that they use date powder. Trust me you won't be disappointed!!”

“Really love this granola. I bought it to go on my yogurt but have found myself snacking on it instead. There is a very slight sweetness and the taste is so fresh with no bitter flavor. I will definately order again. The handwritten note that came with the order was unexpected but so appreciated.”
