Absolutely disgusting wrote a review about a terrible experience I had with a company on there as at the time I was naive enough to think that’s what people done the company was a solicitor firm called wainwrightcummings just in case anyone has the misfortune of thinking of using them but either way cut a long story short and a terrible absolutely terrible experience with them wrote a review trustpilot asked for proof said they would remove it if not after some back and forth between them and I I gave them the documentation they said my review would then be verified and then to my surprise removed my review said it was fraudulent after literally confirming it was not complete fraud of a company clearly if the business at hand pays for their services then you can’t write a genuine review about them do not trust them

It's not right that they pester you for your personal details to be attached to a review and then threaten to remove your review if you don't provide this. Not everyone is comfortable with handing over personal identifiable information to the person you may be negatively reviewing so with this in mind trustpilot is not a true representation of what people really think about businesses etc and is likely providing a biased perspective of what a company/business is really like. Change your name to NoTrustpilot

I had a bad experience with a utilities provider at the start of this year so left a review of them on Trust Pilot. A couple of weeks ago I got an email from TP informing me that they had removed my review as they didn’t believe it was genuine. It absolutely was genuine and I could have proved it had they asked. I kept my TP profile anonymous as I didn’t like the way companies could reply to you and see your real name (why should they be able to do this?) This is why I believe they removed my review. Either that or the company I reviewed incentivised them somehow to remove it. Mine was far from the only negative review. This experience has assured that I will never leave a review on TP again and neither will I trust other people’s experiences as there is a clear bias. I have read some interesting information about them since my experience and it seems they aren’t as trustworthy as they portray themselves. It is a shame for the good companies as well but in future I will review here and another popular review site so I know my reviews will remain no matter how good or bad my experience.

I don't write reviews often only when it's amazing experience or really bad. But I realised all my bad experience was removed on Trustpilot, several times I sent a proof of experience, but reviews never been published!

If you write a negative review about Trustpilot on Trustpilot guess what? It gets removed. I've also had a review about a company removed despite providing a receipt to Trustpilot. Trustworthy? Nah. Nothing like it.

They allow scam reviews to flood their website with thousands of 5* reviews, and they get accepted because the reviewed company has bought the reviews. Single real 1* and 2* are flagged by the company as not real and removed. Trustpilot is not a trustworthy review website, no matter how they think they are seen. I will never publish one other review on that bogus site.

Had my account blocked, even verified age. According my software was the issue, then sent to codes even though my account was blocked. What is the point. Probably a scam to get my details. Frankly no consumer platform is safe. People get paid to do this on a regular basis. Not me fake and untrustworthy.

Excellent and professional investigative services. I hired JOSE for a very private and difficult matter of hacking my spouse phone, and he far exceeded my expectations. He helped me get the info(whatsapp, facebook, text messages, call logs etc) I needed faster and cheaper than I had imagined. The first time we spoke, we had a very long phone consultation in which he gave me all my options that he could think of to resolve my case, and he even recommended I try other options before hiring him, which shows that he is honest. I decided to hire him and I am glad I did. He is a fantastic investigator and a great person and if you have a dishonest partner don't hesitate to reach out to him. SUPPORT@HACKERSPYVILLE.COM

Put simply Trustpilot is not, in my opinion a platform where people can go to expecting to read about other people's experiences with a business or site. For almost 1 year now I have been writing reviews of a scammer who has multiple websites (treated by Trustpilot as individual businesses) and who on a monthly basis creates new websites with the same scam. Most, not all, but most are removed and in the next few months I receive the exact same copy paste emails from Trustpilot which lack any indication that they have read, understood or even care about the actual review. In my opinion Trustpilot deletes honest reviews written by real people of scam businesses. One can only speculate (ie. not proven) that they either cannot monetize these sites being reviewed to paying customers so they delete them or the scammer is already paying Trustpilot as a customer. The final nail in the coffin proving Trustpilots attitude to my over 43 reviews written is in the attached email. ".....Trustpilot is an online review community that allows people to share their experiences with different companies. If you believe those companies are fraudulent or for any serious cases, consider reporting the incident to the police, or contacting a local consumer protection organization. Consumer bodies can advise on consumer rights." In other words Trustpilot actively choose to delete your reviews and suggest you contact someone else instead.

More like Scampilot, they locked my account for an absolutely unknown reason, I asked them to explain why after 6 years suddenly I can't log in, and they said don't know exactly why, it was just the system detected something wrong, I asked to specify and they said they can't. What a lame service. The crazier is that I asked to delete my private data if I can't log in anymore, and they said you must do it myself by login in via settings and deleting my private data. While they locked my account so I can't log in. What the hell, I can't express how a garbage site is Trustpilot, they don't even comply with GDPR. I'm not surprised of other people are experiencing similar frustrations. What is even more ridiculous I made a formal complaint to them about that after I asked to delete my private data because I can't login they replied "you can delete your private data by login into your account". They don't even read what I just explained that I can't login because they terminated account without even explaining why. Lamest service in the world.

SANTANDER damning review for RACISM was removed after about 300views, claiming it is against the TRUSTPILOT policies. WHAT A JOKE! BEING BOUGHT OFF BY THE VERY COMPANIES BIG ENOUGH TO SCREEN FOR THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS is the lowest low for a "trust"worthy website!!! You can't trust anyone who removes DAMNING REVIEWS! trustPILOT just CRASHLANDED itself!!! What a corrupt, lying SHAMBLES!!!

I had a strange experience with TrustPilot - I reviewed PlusNet mobile, and gave it a negative review. All fine so far. Plusnet then added a 'missed payment' to my credit score, when I was in credit with them. I updated my TrustPilot review to reflect this. My review was taken down by TrustPilot on the basis that I had to 'prove' this had happened. I therefore sent my latest Plusnet bills to TrustPilot, showing that I had a credit on my account - for the same month that Plusnet put me as bad credit on my credit score (my credit score when down a bit). The response from TrustPilot? None. I followed up and am still waiting on a response. I've included a screenshot of the bill, and redacted identifying information, so take a look and see what you think - also included screen grab of credit change.

No customer service, let alone reply, had my profile suspended, system says spam, mails explanation, weeks ago, no reply same when they remove reviews takes months if at all for them to read the proof. My last review I have proof of, was company one I ordered from, company two supplied the goods, company three delivered the goods, all bad so same review for the three companies, why is that spam, they rely on a robot to remove reviews that do not read or reply the details, they say answer within 3 days, they dont answer within 3 months. Getting so fed up with the Trustpilot robot, they clearly don't want real reviews with proof, they just want to remove reviews of companies who pay them. eg energy saving trust dozens of bad reviews over years, suddenly they all vanish leaving just four, why because they are no reg with trustpilot. Cannot trust Trustpilot anymore try to post, all I get is; Oops! You were logged out. Please log in again to post your review. Holiday 2021 Dear Sir/Madam I would like to share with you my holiday experience at Park Dean Newquay. Like most people ,we had an holiday in England this year. We looked at what everyone had to offer and chose you. I am a full time Wheelchair User, Spinal Cord C5/6 (Paralyzed From The Chest Downwards). You seem to offer a holiday that would suit my needs with your adaptive caravan. Going on holiday is a military operation, we have to plan extensively, so at the time of booking I asked all the questions I needed to ask and Was told that the holiday was “Was Fit For Purpose”. We were told that on arrival that our caravan would be available from 4pm. When we went to unload our luggage,, our caravan had not been cleaned. We returned at 5.30 pm and the cleaners were just leaving and said that we could move in. On entry, we were upset because the caravan was still very dirty and the Manager ordered a reclean. Caravan very dirty and worn, even public hairs in the shower tray, basin and toilet. I use a portable hoist and on at least three occasions I rang to check that the caravan bed could accommodate the hoist and was told no problem. When checking the bed, it was a standard bed in a “accessible” caravan. The Manager sent a handyman to adapt the bed, so the bed and hoist could put me to bed and get me up again. The TV only had two channels, once again the handyman came back but could not do anything with it. It was a very expensive caravan, it was sited at the very top of the park, making it really difficult to get up and down in my wheelchair. The club house restaurant served dried pizza ect. In cardboard boxes. Not my idea of a restaurant. Swimming was very restricted, even closed for lunch and sometimes didn't reopen that day. Night entertainment was really poor and on three occasions closed at 10.30pm. The security guard even put chains on the fire doors. I do have photos of all the problems. Park Dean was/is not fit for purpose, check the Watch Dog reports on YouTube. Ps. I could not even go and voice my concerns, has the Reception Door was not wide enough and there was a bar at the bottom of the door, so could not have got in anyway. If you want a lovely holiday, maybe give Park Dean a miss. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
