No contact from email about order and had to go into the physical store and repurchase all items being out over 280 dollars which is totally unacceptable especially during the Putin price hike. Likely will never use the online store again and go into the physical in Dallas Texas which the employees where soooo caring and understanding.

I returned my order of 300 dollars to Tyler the day after I received it in early December and have not heard anything back. No acknowledgment that it has been received unlike other companies where I have done returns

Sandals came all stuffed in two separate bags, not attached to one another at all and sizes strewn between both bags. I had to individually match soles to make sure that each pair was accurate. This was a bulk buy of many different sizes of a very expensive product. To receive it in such a manner was disheartening as another pair I had to buy from the company itself came in a box, with sandals attached to one another.

I ordered a Patagonia jacket for my son for Christmas which was hard to find and was very excited to ship it to him at college. However, what arrived was a Women's large black jacket when I had ordered a Men's medium in Forge grey!!! He was very disappointed and so was I. I tried to call customer service but no one has called me back the 2-3 times I have called and left a message. So I finally found instructions on-line to do the return. However, I should not be charged for the return shipping on this order because the wrong item was sent to us. It was Order #150370. Hopefully, you don't charge me the return shipping and credit my original form of payment in full because it was an expensive jacket. We have never had an issue with Tyler's until this order.

I would not order form this company. Three weeks after i ordered item, I checked on the website and it stated that my order had been cancelled due to it being out of stock. This was a present so I ordered from another company. Three days later, I received the item.

Shoes arrived in a FedEx bag. No box for protection, so they were squished. ( softer style loafer- Hey Dudes- not cheap!) Which really is embarrassing when one is giving them as a gift. Since they arrived a day later than I was expecting, I had flight reservations and had to leave. When I returned from my Christmas with family I picked them up from my FedEx drop off location and had to send them USPS since they were my sons Christmas gift. Meaning another shipping fee for me. I tried to call customer service, but couldn’t reach anyone. My only option was so to “leave a message for a call back”. That call came the next day and basically the rep said, “oh that’s not our fault, that must have been FedEx, we ship everything in the original package” That is Tyler’s for taking responsibility! You could have offered to reimburse my second shipping, offered to replace the squished shoes, or maybe even I little discount for my ruined product??? I don’t know…. Do not order unless you are desperate (like I was) because if you have a problem they will not care to resolve or make things “right”.

Shipped my holiday gift with the store theft tag still attached. Couldn’t remove the tag (those things are impossible without the right tool) so had to make a special trip just to get it removed

I ordered shades (Blenders brand) and they came in with the lens all full of fingerprints and sticky (plus they were tossed in the box like an IDGAF style of packing). Feels like these were returned once already and nobody even bothered to clean them. I returned them because I didn't like the style, but details people, details matter.

Hello, I ordered two items, but they got delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, they got sent back, and I've tried to reach out to Tylers Support but I haven't gotten any help and it has been a week. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me figure out if Tylers refunded me (on my gift card) or if they're going to give me a credit. Thanks, Daniel
