Horrible. Just absolutely not worth the headaches. I had spoiled food and food missing at times and got no refund

I ordered 1 pizza but somehow another pizza appeared... So i placed the order only to find a huge amount deducted... I emediately cancelled the order but I was not given any refund... They said the inconvenience fee was exactly the amonnt I paid for the both pizza apparently. Deleted my account details emediately.

I ordered groceries. Received damaged vegetables, received different bagels and sandwich was not even close description, size from picture. I have questioned customer service. Customer rep said pictures is for just illustration. If I want to complain, I have to contact the store to complain. Refused to discount or refund. Gave me $1.16 for bananas and peppers.. They are just a joke.

I understand things go wrong with orders but I am shocked that when you order through UberEATS, they decide to not refund for an item that is inedible.

Uber charged me for an order and it was never delivered, order was made at 11:05pm and it said order completed at 11:14pm, Uber refused to follow up with the restaurant and said they will not refund me, I contacted them several times and they refused to refund or follow up.

I ordered some Burger King. A number four which is a double bacon cheeseburger medium fries medium soda. What I got was a double hamburger plain. There was no ketchup. No bacon no cheese. Nothing I try to get a refund and they told me that I wasn’t Ellie before a refund I uploaded the picture of the hamburger, and they still refuse to give me a refund.

They won't refund orders for missing items, tried multiple times and they refuse and hang up on me. Stay away, use DoorDash instead

I cancelled my order just a second after an order and Uber eat didn't refund me my money back , they said that the restaurant already Start my order which was $ 56 , I don't know how the start preparing the order in a second, I won't order through them again and I removed their app .

I paid for priority delivery, but the driver had a stop along the way. Then they were missing 2 items from my order and Uber says “thank you for the feedback we will try to do better” sort of response. But no refund or clear understanding of what Im saying.

Weird charge on my credit card for $175 and no receipt emailed to me as they do with every charge. Their “customer service” is a joke and you can’t email or speak with anyone on th e phone. Apparently my account is linked to another user, which I never authorized. This is my second horrible experience with UberEATS and I’m done with them! I’ve never had an issue with SKIP. When their is an issue, they have excellent customer service and get the issue and a refund processed very quickly!
