They just want your money.
They sell you all process for 1495€ - evaluation and all help till you get the visa - and then they just give you a pdf with some information that you can easily get from internet and from the immigration government website.
They made my evaluation without any valid ID just to send me something so they have an excuse to can’t refund me.
I asked my refund as soon as I understood that this was just a scam, I sent several emails, they told me to wait 48hours and one week after they sent me an email evaluation. After I said several times that I didn’t want it. Because I paid for all process and not just for some pdf information.
They have all conversation recorded so no excuses to return all my money.
Like I read on many other reviews after you report it they offer you 300AUD. But we paid 1495AUD!
Do not trust this company!!!

Nach vielen Mails hin und her wurde mir eine Rückzahlung von 900US$ versprochen. Heute, 4 Monate später immer noch keine Rückzahlung. Wenn ich genügend Finanzen hätte würde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Eine Schande für die Unternehmerwelt, eine Schande für die Australische Behörde. So etwas muss unterbunden werden. Also bitte lasst die Finger von UIS Australia. Reine Geldabzocke!!!!!! 😡”
