“I ordered merchandise worth 340 US dollars from this website . It was my first time shopping from them and to this day I haven’t received my order. When I contacted them they said I must wait a few more days . I did then contacted them again and they told me the parcel has reached my country and hasn’t been processed. They gave me a tracking link that says the parcel is in the UK which means they lied about the parcel already having reached my country . When I contacted them again after not receiving anything they denied the existence of my order. They said my order number doesn’t exist and yet I have all the proof of the confirmation and communication from them.
I regret buying from them and they are refusing to give me a refund let alone help me locate my parcel . At this rate I don’t even know if this website is legit or a scam but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .”
“Enorm slecht met returns. Je wordt de hele tijd aan het lijntje gehouden . Ze proberen van alles om je dwars te zitten . Bewijzen die je mee stuurde dat je toch echt wel bij hun gekocht hebt lezen of reageren ze niet op. Hele slechte ervaring met hun return beleid. Ik ga de consumentenbond hier melding van doen. Hoe dit bedrijf met hun klanten omgaat en ze maanden lang door bv te zeggen we hebben geen return gehad of er is heen bestelling gedaan. En als je ze dan confronterend met verzendbewijs en foto's. Wordt er gezegd we nemen wel weer contact op en vervolgens hoor je niks meer .”
“It's been a month, and I still haven't received an exchange item as Boxraw is waiting for the return that Evri lost (return label provided by them).

When I write them emails complaining, they keep saying 'Not to worry, we will keep an eye on it'. But it's been a month since the parcel had been lost, and I've now lost my money and patience.
It has been a true nightmare experience so far with Boxraw, and I definitely won't buy from them again.
I will also update here again as I receive more news from them.”
“Not worth the money. This product is a let down only after wearing it for 1 month on 3 different occasions I had noticed a tear and contacted Boxraw whom were unhelpful. Currently out of pocket and left with a teared product. Please see attached pictures”
