No mention before booking that additional fees will apply on the day (Paint Balls) Information on booking page, prior to authorising payment. UK PAINTBALL CURRENTLY HAS AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR GROUP AT OUR LIVERPOOL VENUE BOOKING INCLUDES Park Admission Equipment Gun Hire Gas Refills Marshals Up to 6 Exciting Games Buy paintballs as you go GREAT BENEFITS Eco-Friendly Paintballs Carbon Friendly Parks Book with confidence All bookings protected by our Covid policy. ***Information received on an email after booking*** Essential Information Paintballs must be purchased on the day at the venue. Please note that an average usage of paintballs for a half day is around 400 paintballs per person. Paintballs are not included. That's an additional £40 per person... information that legally should be explicitly referenced prior to booking, as it is essential for the company to be able to provide a service and the consumer to take part. Referencing "buy paint balls as you go" is a statement, and expressed as an option, not a requirement as stated below on the post booking confirmation email. * Spoke with Andrew. Initially he advised the number was a sale's line, and the company has no customer service team. Odd? Then proceeded to ignore the fact the company is misleading consumers. Not helpful, really could do with some more customer service training. Will get refund Via PayPal as they have a better understanding of consumer contract regulations, and distance selling. Don't us this company. Misleading.”

“I had to cancel a booking in two months time but they are retaining 50% of the booking fee. Absolute scam and completely immoral. Would avoid and I will never use them!”

“Complete scam They double booked and cancelled my paintballing, but still took the money. I had to call them 3 times to remind them to give me new dates, which they eventually did. I then got the invoice emailed to me for the place that they booked me for, and found out I have been scammed out of £30. UK Paintball charged me £120 but the invoice for the actual paintballing session was £80. I called UK Paintball and told them this to which they said "£120 is right, they shouldn't have sent you the invoice" and then asked me to forward it to them instead of rectifying the money I am owed. I am very disappointed that I have been scammed. Do not use this company.”
