“When a company asks for a bad review to be removed, Trustpilot obliges, even after you have provided the requested (by them) evidence of validity. However, they don't tell you that they've taken it offline, in fact apart from acknowledgement of receipt, you hear nothing more, despite their claim that they will notify you of the outcome. This is all carried out by the "Content Integrity" department - I had no idea that the Danes' sense of irony was so well developed! Integrity definition one: "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles". I think Trustpilot must be going for the second definition: "the state of being whole and undivided"”
“Unprofessional staff by lying about the time it shuts. Appauling response to questions, never been spoken to like that by staff in front of my children that are 6 and 9 years of age.”

Allow abuse of their platform by companies paying their fees and allowing them to post fake positive reviews
Remove any genuine poor reviews

“Put a review on Teletext holidays on this page as I had a bad expeirence trying to get a refund due to COVID noticed so many bad reviews for the same reason. Then there were lots of 5 star reviews beginning to get posted. These appeared fake and I flagged this up. Teletext said they only had real reviews on Trust Pilot. There were a lot of customers flagging up the same issue and a few days later Trust Pilot took down most of the 1 star negative reviews and allowed all the new and obv fake ones to stay up. I would never recommend anyone to leave a review on Trust Pilot again, as they really should be called Do Not Trust Pilot. It is very evident that this is a sham of a company. The reviews are evidently not real and it is misleading customers into using Teletext by allowing these reviews to remain and take down all the negative ones. What happened to freedom of speech. When you have so many people have a bad experience and sharing it, if Trust Pilot are a totally transparent and allow all reviews this will allow potential customers to make an informed decision of whether to book with them or not.. Such a shame as I always thought they were trustworth. Not now. I have come onto this platform to leave a review”
