I was extremely disappointed with my experience as a contributor to the ukbusinessforums.co.uk community. We needed to upgrade to a paid annual subscription in order to post in some of the premium categories, and we were hoping to find small businesses to test our software in exchange for feedback on new features. However, every time we posted, our content was either swiftly deleted or moved to an advertising forum with very few views or replies. The moderators completely disregarded our explanations that our posts were not product advertisements, and we were not allowed to include any details about our business, product, or contact information. To add insult to injury, we were charged for another year before the expiration of our first year, and we were denied a refund when we requested one. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend doing business with them.

We needed to upgrade our account to a paid an annual subscription,in order to post in some of the premium categories. We were looking for small businesses to use our software free of charge (normally £100 per month), in return for feedback about new features. Every time we posted, regardless of which category or how we worded the post, the moderators swiftly deleted the post or moved it to an advertising forum that had virtually no views or replies on any posts. They totally disregarded anything we said when trying to explain that it was not a product advert. To be clear, we didn't post any details that included our business or product name, or website address, contact details or prices. It was purely a post asking if there was anybody interested in testing our software. We've since been charged for another year, prior to expiry of the first year, and have been declined a refund as we didn't cancel before they took payment. Awful business to deal with.
