“I will say this. SCAMMERS. I don't have an ACCOUNT with you, I don't have any subscription and you took money from my account again even though I wrote the same email as RIGHT NOW! So once again I am ASKING FOR MY £60 BACK and attaching my transfer details below. I will also add that I will report your online site as fraudsters and I will give 1 star wherever I can and deleting it will not help you. Please send confirmation of the return of my monies immediately!”

However I was able to access my credit score comparatively easily and quickly through them.Suddenly I noticed they took £1.50 out of my card. I checked the website and was able to withdraw £1.50 verification charge. Then I checked my welcome e mail. It clearly said when the initial free trial ends and also told about the annual subscription. It also provided the link to refund verification charge £1.50. I logged into my account and cancelled subscription. You can contact them easily through your account or phone. So far good. However will keep an eye on in case they may not charge me subscription after cancellation.”

“Avoid this scam company at all costs. Once my details were taken for a “free” trial, £1.95 was taken from maya count instantly and i suspect that my details have been sold to scam companies as I have been bombarded with scam calls, text messages and emails from other scammers around the world. Despite emailing, using online assistant and eventually speaking to someone live to cancel my account, a further £19.95 has been taken from my account and I have been told I have no recourse for a refund and lied to about them having no notification of my cancellation request.”

I received an email saying there was a fault and it lasted 20 minutes thats a lie i could see someone elses account for a few hours which means my details wasnt safe!! I have emailed thr company receieved no reply i will be seeking legal advice on how i can be compensated this is terrible service i cancelled my direct debit and they now email asking me to pay and half price!!
