“Avoid this scam company at all costs. Once my details were taken for a “free” trial, £1.95 was taken from maya count instantly and i suspect that my details have been sold to scam companies as I have been bombarded with scam calls, text messages and emails from other scammers around the world. Despite emailing, using online assistant and eventually speaking to someone live to cancel my account, a further £19.95 has been taken from my account and I have been told I have no recourse for a refund and lied to about them having no notification of my cancellation request.”
“After cancelling my account beginning of May, this company have now taken 2 lots of £35.95 out of my account. They are thieves! I also had a customer service manger leave me a voicemail today stating that my account had been closed. SO PRAY TELL ME WHY YOU HAVE STOLEN £71 from my bank account?”
“I logged into this company 3 weeks ago to get a free credit check once you give them your details they automatically take your money out and they said this will continue until you call them to cancell stay well away they are crooks so I got in touch with my nephew who is a detective chief inspector with the police and he advised me to stay well out of there way he has now got them on the crime police search moniter data system and will be looked into”
“I logged into my account and i was shown somebody elses details and credit report! I received an email saying there was a fault and it lasted 20 minutes thats a lie i could see someone elses account for a few hours which means my details wasnt safe!! I have emailed thr company receieved no reply i will be seeking legal advice on how i can be compensated this is terrible service i cancelled my direct debit and they now email asking me to pay and half price!! No thanks i expect a reply regarding my issue and i expect it fast before i seek legal advice!!!!”
