“Please avoid using this company, take your money and dont supply goods. Joke of a company. Wished i read reviews before ordering”

“Usual story as in other reviews. Ordered a product from Dapper only to be paid from PayPal to this weird crystals business. No response from anywhere re order confirmation. On google earth the address shown is a derelict back yard. They are obviously not in business but someone is taking the cash. What a racket! Is anyone bothered?”

“Took my money then absolutely nothing! All comms to them ignored by them. Their phone just rings out. Scam company. Retrieved my money from credit card company”

“Terrible customer service, they take your money then nothing. No one answers the phone, no reply to emails and no response from Facebook messages. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Would give zero stars but it's not possible.”

“Please avoid this company, they are not professional at all. They take your money and then you can’t get hold of them, no number to call. They don’t respond to e-mails and keep your money for as long as they can.”

“What a scam......after placing order in Oct 2018 received no response, confirmation or any delivery details after 12 days. They don't respond to mails or answer the phone.....only after raising a fraudulent complaint via PayPal did I get a response via PayPal saying its been dispatched......will believe it when I see it. The director of this company has had previous companies shut down and been dissolved....on my PayPal invoice it states order is managed by ishop crystals.....another dissolved company.....avoid this lot like the plague....proper con artists!!”

“Avoid like the Plague - They appear to be SCAMMERS In good faith I placed an order with this company on 2 April 2018 which I paid. The order has not been delivered and all attempts to contact the company by email or telephone remain unanswered. The company is either incompetent or being run as a scam. My advice to anyone considering buying from them is DON'T buy anything, they are clearly ripping people off and I will be referring the company to Trading Standards.”

“They were very quick to answer my emails Which surprised me after reading other reviews I panicked over my expensive order however it was delivered within a week of ordering well done Uk Dapper I think the previous reviews seem a bit unfair but this is my experience”

“Complete Scam. Made in order in december and was never delivered. I reached out via email and phone for weeks with no reply. I went through paypal for a refund. AVOID”

“I wish I had seen reviews before I parted with my money! Only started investing myself after ordering an item, paid by PayPal and noticed the payment was to Ishop Crystals! I have e mailed, called both contact numbers and raised a claim to PayPal, all to no avail. I’m so angry but more so cross with myself for falling foul to these scammers!”

“Beware Do NOT use this company (also known as 'ishop crystals') Faulty or fake item received and they do not reply to any emails, to any email address. Do not answer their given phone number. NO Customer Service exists. So no replacement item or refund - therefore a scam criminal company. They rely on you doing nothing about it - therefore a Trading Standards and ActionFraud report may be the only appropriate way to deal with them.”

“Appalling Company.No communications at all despite phone calls and emails . After saying that saying to them on email that they would be reported, the item arrived Royal Mail 48 after almost three weeks since order. Funny that. Item poorly packed. Would I use them again - you must be joking.”
