“Usual story as in other reviews. Ordered a product from Dapper only to be paid from PayPal to this weird crystals business. No response from anywhere re order confirmation. On google earth the address shown is a derelict back yard. They are obviously not in business but someone is taking the cash. What a racket! Is anyone bothered?”

“I waited and waited for my parcel,about 3 weeks.I kept trying to contact you but you refuse to respond to any correspondence with me.when my parcel finally came it was wrapped appallingly and to top it all off I've since ask if I can send it back to you free of charge of course because you sent wrong item.I have asked for return number so I can return unwanted parcel but once again no correspondence from you.look forward to hearing back from you about this matter.if not I will pursue further action against you.I will also instruct my bank to retrieve my refund back from you and you can come and collect your parcel ASAP”

“I wish I had seen reviews before I parted with my money! Only started investing myself after ordering an item, paid by PayPal and noticed the payment was to Ishop Crystals! I have e mailed, called both contact numbers and raised a claim to PayPal, all to no avail. I’m so angry but more so cross with myself for falling foul to these scammers!”

“Since placing an order with ishop crystals on UK Dapper there's been no receipt of confirmation or dispatch confirmation from the seller. The items have never arrived and there's been no response from the seller to two separate emails that have been sent. I didn't realise the company was being investigated for criminal activity by the police. Have contacted PayPal to resolve this matter and/or withdraw payment”

“To all I paid ukdapper for some items and i had a paypal invoice from ishop crystals when i asked about this never got anything back after i never got the item i tried calling text and email. still no good, so i started to look about and say i found this person, other companies the same, closed not able to deliver, no goods. so reported to paypal still no luck but he did email just to waste time hopping the time would run out. i have now learnt that HMRC and the police are looking into him over fraud and tax. still no luck and no refund”

“Beware Do NOT use this company (also known as 'ishop crystals') Faulty or fake item received and they do not reply to any emails, to any email address. Do not answer their given phone number. NO Customer Service exists. So no replacement item or refund - therefore a scam criminal company. They rely on you doing nothing about it - therefore a Trading Standards and ActionFraud report may be the only appropriate way to deal with them.”

“Appalling Company.No communications at all despite phone calls and emails . After saying that saying to them on email that they would be reported, the item arrived Royal Mail 48 after almost three weeks since order. Funny that. Item poorly packed. Would I use them again - you must be joking.”

“Ordered from UK dapper without looking at reviews. After reading the reviews I panicked. I did not get a confirmation email to confirm my purchase but the online account confirmed it. I then got a notice from royal mail to say a delivery from UK dapper was due to come within one week. My jo malone mini perfumes came with no problems and legitimate product”

“Ordered a Jo Malone candle. Received no order confirmation but thankfully a PayPal receipt so could claim refund eventually. Chased delivery and after threatening to open a dispute I then got a response asking for order number of receipt. Problem was I didn’t receive one as I explained but provided the PayPal transaction but guess what no further response. Also on PayPal receipt stated supplier was a I shop crystals not uk dapper which I found a company that dissolved over two years ago!!”

“Avoid. Item didn't arrive, no reply to several emails, calls unanswered, only got a response after opening communications via PayPal. They said some rubbish about being busy trying to ensure all orders were being dispatched (what, nearly a month later?) and kept asking for an update. Only when I advised I would be opening a case with PayPal if I didn't get a refund, guess what, the item arrived. Appears to be the genuine article but I would not buy from them again!”

“Would give no stars but unable to, absolutely terrible customer service. Goods order not received, but paid for, unable to contact by phone, and they do not answer any emails. I have instructed my bank and PayPal to take action to recover the money they have stolen by their apparent scam.”
