I waited and waited for my parcel,about 3 weeks.I kept trying to contact you but you refuse to respond to any correspondence with me.when my parcel finally came it was wrapped appallingly and to top it all off I've since ask if I can send it back to you free of charge of course because you sent wrong item.I have asked for return number so I can return unwanted parcel but once again no correspondence from you.look forward to hearing back from you about this matter.if not I will pursue further action against you.I will also instruct my bank to retrieve my refund back from you and you can come and collect your parcel ASAP
