“They were very quick to answer my emails Which surprised me after reading other reviews I panicked over my expensive order however it was delivered within a week of ordering well done Uk Dapper I think the previous reviews seem a bit unfair but this is my experience”

“Ordered from UK dapper without looking at reviews. After reading the reviews I panicked. I did not get a confirmation email to confirm my purchase but the online account confirmed it. I then got a notice from royal mail to say a delivery from UK dapper was due to come within one week. My jo malone mini perfumes came with no problems and legitimate product”

“If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered perfume - due to arrive 21st December '23. Finally arrived 17th January '24. And that was after a lot of hassling and chasing up almost everyday for 2 weeks. DO NOT USE.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID What a shame NO STARS could be selected! This is a scam. The company (if it exists at all) does not confirm an order having taken payment through PayPal, does not provide any details of delivery or order reference number, does not deliver and does not answer calls on their business number taken from their website. A refund from PayPal had to be requested. What a waste of time!”

“One star * excessive. Should be no star! My first experience after 20 years internet shopping of a rogue seller scam. I had same experience as others below of non-acknowledgement, non-delivery and reluctance to refund. Got partial refund from PayPal (minus £39 non-existent transportation costs!) so will start small claim in Court if not repaid. Also referring to Trading Standards Officer for NW10 where business appears to be based.”

“Do not buy from his company. I have just been refunded by PayPal. This company is a scam and no longer in business. They never replied to my emails. I was sh I had read the reviews before ordering. They are currently under police and HMRC investigation yet are still touting for business. Save your money and pay a reputable company”
