“Initially I was looking for information on the web how to apply for a British passport I am Canadian my father was born in the UK and apparently citizenship is handed down from parent to child. I came across UK GVS and spoke with the gentleman and explained what I wanted to do. He said they do visa passports but can also stir me in the right direction for a British passport... I was passed on to another representative who took my information and after explaining everything inform me it was 800 British pounds for their services which is $1400 cdn....I wasn't too happy but paid. Now 3 days later after submitting my Canadian passport proof of address ect.... I received the phone call from another representative for the next step which he said would include lots of paperwork which would have been fine..... However then he informed me another $3,000 was due!!!!!!!!! An actual passport in the UK is 82 British pounds.... Their reasoning is it is difficult to obtain a passport and they make the process simpler all for over 4 thousand dollars😡 do yourself a favor run the other way this company are nothing but scammers.... I can't even believe there are positive reviews.”
“Be careful with these smart Frauds. Everything you paid is no refundable and out of the gesture of the company they offer 10% refunds Bruh. They may do their job but they will definitely ask you for more and more money, until the point you think it’s too much and everything is non-refundable cause they “did the service” and you agreed the “terms of conditions”. They promise you a great future to lure you into the trap and slowly take your mom away. My advice is stop whenever you can and accept the “gesture” then report them. Or even better if you see this before you pay and leave far away from them as soon as possible.”

I needed my visa urgently. They assured me I would get it within a 3-5 days period (priority service). After I did the payment (GBP 690 apart from government services fee), they told me it was a standard visa application, and that they never told me I would receive it within 5 days, and that I understood them wrong, and blah, blah, blah. After long hours of fighting with them on the phone, we have finally agreed that they would reimburse GBP 200 on my account, but I would not claim monetary compensation beyond this amount. Also, that I would refrain from posting any disparaging reviews of the company.
I’ve been trying to have my money back for 6 months now. They told me I would receive it within 45 days first. Then, they could not reach their accounting team for more information. Then, my case was under investigation. Then, lied they have proceeded with the transaction long ago, but my bank is a problem. Obviously, my bank informed me of no transaction track from their part.
Btw, I cancelled their application as soon as I understood they were scammers, and applied myself. Received my visa.”

“I made a complaint to the uk government immigration regarding UK GVS. They investigated and have confirmed that they are not registered as consultants. They have a fraudulent address. They are going to hand the matter over to the police.”
