I needed my visa urgently. They assured me I would get it within a 3-5 days period (priority service). After I did the payment (GBP 690 apart from government services fee), they told me it was a standard visa application, and that they never told me I would receive it within 5 days, and that I understood them wrong, and blah, blah, blah. After long hours of fighting with them on the phone, we have finally agreed that they would reimburse GBP 200 on my account, but I would not claim monetary compensation beyond this amount. Also, that I would refrain from posting any disparaging reviews of the company.
I’ve been trying to have my money back for 6 months now. They told me I would receive it within 45 days first. Then, they could not reach their accounting team for more information. Then, my case was under investigation. Then, lied they have proceeded with the transaction long ago, but my bank is a problem. Obviously, my bank informed me of no transaction track from their part.
Btw, I cancelled their application as soon as I understood they were scammers, and applied myself. Received my visa.”
“Scam company. They will coerce you into getting a couple hundred dollar payment for future services, then turn around and try and grab $1200 later with no authorization or warning. They called me multiple times in the middle of the might. What legitimate international company working with clients around the world would not keep track of time zones? Totally shady, stay far, FAR away.”

“I made a complaint to the uk government immigration regarding UK GVS. They investigated and have confirmed that they are not registered as consultants. They have a fraudulent address. They are going to hand the matter over to the police.”
“They are scam artists who steal people's hard earned money. I requested to be contacted by them via their website as it stated' free consultation'. Before you know it you are coerced into paying £790 the application to be registered at the UK government visa office is what they told me. The surprising thing is that the money was taken from my account without my permission. After the transaction was done I immediately emailed to cancel all applications. They manager Stephen Poole responded that it take 5 to 7 working days to review my account. He calls back after 7 days to say that the application was successful and they they just need documentation. I told him that I requested a refund because I was not happy that money was taken out of my account without my authorisation. To cut a long story short they are bull sitters and scammers. He threatened me saying if I cancel my application my future visa applications with the UK government will be rejected. Please don't give them any banking details to verify anything because then they trick you by saying you agreed to their services and refuse to refund you you money back. Its uuterly disgusting that the UK has such people on their list. If I don't get a refund I will write reviews on every site I can get my hands on.”
“Terrible service! They contacted me and were right behind my back to make the payment upfront. I was looking for support for 2 year UK tourist Visa. I was charged £490. After the payment was made, they asked me to submit the needed documents, which I did on the same day. Then they said they would get back to me, but haven't even bothered to send me a response from almost a month now, even after I have sent multiple reminders requesting for an update! I have also asked them to refund my money but they do not bother to respond!
We opt for these services in a bid to expedite our Visa process since we have the need to get them soon for personal/work commitments. But this looks like nothing but a money scam! I am writing to the UK embassy about this painful experience and to not list them on their website! I also highly recommend not to opt for these services!”

These guys charged me an expedited fee and took 2 whole weeks to process my documents alone. And that delayed the biometrics appointment and as a result of it all, I had to cancel my work trip.
They call you 5 times a day till you have paid but after you pay, they don't reply to your emails for 42 hours and more. And that to selective answering. I don't want to have to use them again. Are there no other options?”
“UKGVS do appear to be legit. BUT After a real frustrating engagement with UKGVS (May 2022) I would not recommend using them for the application for a normal UK visitor’s visa.
It is not a question of content, but how the application process was managed on a mobile phone and the cost involved in the process.
Background: I needed to apply for two 2-year UK visitor’s visas. I had completed the UKGVS request form on their website – Had quick response from friendly person, who congratulates you for using UKGVS. Then quick referral to someone in UKGVS Support center. This person, also friendly, but with emphasis on getting you to agree/sign the TOU and quick finalization of upfront payment (in my case 780 GBP). Payment not towards the visa costs (as the two visas would cost 780 GBP), but that was not the case, as I was paying upfront for UKGVS service. (UKGVS “Terms of Use” = 10 pages, difficult to read while on a mobile, but lots of pressure on you to complete the above process).
An exuberant cost, at 300 GBP per hour for their service, including the completion of 2 basic forms, which in my case was not complete. Then there were delays and difficulty contacting the relevant persons. I had forwarded relevant documentation and receipt was acknowledged, but later more requests for documentation followed. Tried numerous calls to their contact no (as per website). I had also repeatedly inquired re the costs – only response after I cancelled application. There were communication issues on both sides.
In the end, after much frustration – I just had to cancel and requested a refund.
UKGVS response: They would not refund the 780 GBP (cost for their assistance and time ?) & referred me to their TOU. They then made an offer of paying a third of the amount, without informing me that this would later be followed by another email with a form that I had to sign, which would practically restrict me from writing any negative review (type of gag order).
Do yourself a favor. Read the Terms of Use “TOU” of UKGVS Then decide if you:
1. Want to provide UKGVS with the vast amount of personal information – under their terms of use in mentioned in paragraphs (TOU) dealing with Confidential Information, Communications, and Guarantee of Visa Acceptance (where they state that they can grant limited access to its websites and/or services to third party immigration and/or visa consultants or lawyers).
2. Whether you really want to pay an exuberant fee for the completion of a basic visa application form and one or two minor things (for a normal UK visitor’s visa application)”
“They are scam!! they just took my money and vanished since April! when I reviewed them two month ago they called me and just giving falls hope and promising will get back in a week!! still nothing happened and again no one is replying my emails!
I just want my money back at this point! I paid thousand euros to these con artists. don't trust them.
#UKGOV should really stop these people. they can maybe do small things through their contracted OISC legal advisor but nothing real except empty promises came out of them! they only reply empty words here to save their cover. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!”
