“I strongly advise against dealing with UKGVS. I paid fees for services that were never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a refund. Their lack of response and accountability feels like a deliberate scam.
This company appears to be operating unethically, and their actions may fall under fraud by false representation under the UK Fraud Act 2006. They are also potentially in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’ve now reported them to Action Fraud UK, Trading Standards, and will be seeking legal advice to recover my money.

“Ukgvs agreed to refund me a small percentage of the money I had paid to them. Bottom line: Ukgvs did not supply the service that I paid for. I demanded a full refund, but was denied this. I wish to take Ukgvs to Small claims court, but I cannot proceed with this route, as Ukgvs gave a false address. Court have issued a judgement against Ukgvs. Ukgvs then agreed to pay me back a small percentage on 10th September, but only if I signed a document stating that I was satisfied with the work Ukgvs claimed that they had done on my case. Obviously I was not satisfied as in my opinion, no work was done on my case. However, after I was blackmailed into signing this document and removing all my bad reviews from Trustpilot, Ukgvs have still not paid me my refund. This is almost 3 months ago. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour from Ukgvs. They are liars, scammers and fraudsters. STAY AWAY FROM UKGVS”

I arrived in the country with 1 year left on my 2 year visa plus an invalid working permit. For nearly my entire trip here I’ve been homeless and still am due to the emptying of my bank accounts. It’s been 5 months since I’ve smiled or had a bed. Life is all about lessons but I’m not sure I deserved this.”
“Everything went wrong. Ukgvs took a huge amount of money from me for a service they fsiled to provide. Ukgvs lied to me and misled me for over a year. They refused to give me a full refund and offered me about 15% of what i had paid. I have reported them to the Oisc and am trying to get Ukgvs to court. They have supplied a false address so the court judgement has been returned. For months they have told me that someone will contact me in order to resolve this, but nobody bothers. I have asked ed for thier legal department but I dont think that they have a legal department. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS AGENCY. SCAMMERS”
“Positive reviews are paid for. We have reached out to the UK Immigration Office to have this company reprimanded and they have turned it over to the police.
Be wary, they will talk a big game on their first call with you. But all transactions will be over the phone, there will be a promise of only a one time fee but they will call you again and again with new fees that have to be paid right then or your application will be cancelled all without any written record or clear explanation of what said fees are for. We’re talking thousands of dollars.
They will not create an application for you. We verified with the immigration office that despite being told we had an active application created by UKGVS no such visa application existed.
When we reached out to demand a refund, they replied with the excuse that our verbal agreement over the phone was enough reason for them to keep all of our money.
The information they provided was all incorrect. Starting with our ability to apply for a work visa while still in the US and no UK job offer yet made. Continuing with us both being able to apply under one (very incomplete) visa application for my husband alone. And ending with nearly $4,000 worth of legal fees that resulted still in no application and no biometrics and nothing tangible to show for our process.
Do your research, there is a class action lawsuit against UKGVS and with good reason. This fraudulent company is swindling people out of serious money.”
