“I started the VISA application process a year ago, 12 months, and still no VISA and every month, all I get are well written excuses and apologies. I am given no reason why it has taken so long just "we are working on it." I know this review will not change anything but I am so tired and angry. I really thought it would take 6-8 months. It is just me, I have never been arrested, have no financial issues, I lived in UK for 12 years off and on - what is the problem? If can't do it, then tell me but stop giving me apologies and excuses - just give me what I paid for - a VISA or give my money back.”
“UKGVS was very supportive in the beginning and seemed very keen to helping me get my visa.
As soon as all my documents were submitted and it was on their side to complete the process, I never got any proof by email that the visa was being processed.
After a while, leaving me in the dark for more than a month, they called me saying the process was closed and that they would book my biometrics.
They never sent me the appointment.
It’s been 2 months and 30.000£ later, and they haven’t gotten back to me.
I’m starting a legal action and I don’t advise you to use UKGVS.”
“DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY A DIME! They told me I was eligible for a Skilled Worker Visa. Today they called me and wanted another $5000 + dollars. They never told me anything like this up front. I called an immigration attorney and they said I am not EVEN eligible for a Skilled Worker Visa WITHOUT a sponsor!!”
“They are the ultimate cheaters, liars and scam artists. I have spent over $15,000 trying to get a permanent visa and have gotten no where. Every time I have contact with them they ask for more money and more information. And this is after I have been told they have everything and don't owe any more money. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM.”
“Ukgvs is a scam. The guy who was assisting me how much I earn and how much I have in savings and then asked me for my bank card details right up front. He said he had to check if I could sustain myself while in the UK. To me it was a load of hogwash.”
“Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to request a refund from UKGVS and was informed that I will only qualify for a 50% refund. With all the money lost I have been waiting close to 6months for my refund. Numerous emails to their support and going back and forth, I have been very patient and understanding... they now don't even return answer my email. I am very disappointed in the level of service and will not recommend UKVGS to anyone.”

Asked me for how much money I had in my bank account and then asked for the first 6 digits of my card ( for verification), once I told the gentleman that I would not share this info over the phone. He got extremely aggresive and even told me that he would give me his credit card number. I smelled the SCAM and hung the phone, do not fall for this folks. Horrible scammers, positive reviews are also a lie.”

They are all in on it, teaming up to rob you of your cash! We drove to their so-called offices in Bristol, there are no offices there! Surprisingly (not really), we all have the same problem! Money taken, no promised services provided! They even copy/paste the same replies.

“Initially I was looking for information on the web how to apply for a British passport I am Canadian my father was born in the UK and apparently citizenship is handed down from parent to child. I came across UK GVS and spoke with the gentleman and explained what I wanted to do. He said they do visa passports but can also stir me in the right direction for a British passport... I was passed on to another representative who took my information and after explaining everything inform me it was 800 British pounds for their services which is $1400 cdn....I wasn't too happy but paid. Now 3 days later after submitting my Canadian passport proof of address ect.... I received the phone call from another representative for the next step which he said would include lots of paperwork which would have been fine..... However then he informed me another $3,000 was due!!!!!!!!! An actual passport in the UK is 82 British pounds.... Their reasoning is it is difficult to obtain a passport and they make the process simpler all for over 4 thousand dollars😡 do yourself a favor run the other way this company are nothing but scammers.... I can't even believe there are positive reviews.”
“Be careful with these smart Frauds. Everything you paid is no refundable and out of the gesture of the company they offer 10% refunds Bruh. They may do their job but they will definitely ask you for more and more money, until the point you think it’s too much and everything is non-refundable cause they “did the service” and you agreed the “terms of conditions”. They promise you a great future to lure you into the trap and slowly take your mom away. My advice is stop whenever you can and accept the “gesture” then report them. Or even better if you see this before you pay and leave far away from them as soon as possible.”
