They say that they help you with getting you a visa but what they really do is take all your personal information so they can give immigrants fake documents based. “This company is fake and people steal money from people, make up payments and take it from your card.
I was robbed of more than 1000 euros, they said they would reimburse me but they gave me false proof, I spoke to my bank and they don't recognize this proof.
Be very careful with this company, they told me to delete the comments that spoke badly about the company in exchange for a refund, I deleted them and the refund still hasn't arrived in my account for 2 months.

“People please do not trust this reviews. All fake. Please when you are on their website Google their company stated under terms - it doesn't excist. If you get a proforma look at the information. Is fake and you will see that for yourself - no VAT Number, no company registration, none of the names of the agents to be found online. It is written in the footer their and not OICS partners. Being scammed of your money is the least of your worries. If you have sent them passport revoke it immediately and inform the police as they are identity stealers. We reported them to 10 different institutions and we need to stop this. Print screens attached. Reported to Uk and Portugal police, to all goverment institutions. Read the negative comments on other platforms too, positve are fakes.”

“I started the VISA application process a year ago, 12 months, and still no VISA and every month, all I get are well written excuses and apologies. I am given no reason why it has taken so long just "we are working on it." I know this review will not change anything but I am so tired and angry. I really thought it would take 6-8 months. It is just me, I have never been arrested, have no financial issues, I lived in UK for 12 years off and on - what is the problem? If can't do it, then tell me but stop giving me apologies and excuses - just give me what I paid for - a VISA or give my money back.”
“UKGVS was very supportive in the beginning and seemed very keen to helping me get my visa.
As soon as all my documents were submitted and it was on their side to complete the process, I never got any proof by email that the visa was being processed.
After a while, leaving me in the dark for more than a month, they called me saying the process was closed and that they would book my biometrics.
They never sent me the appointment.
It’s been 2 months and 30.000£ later, and they haven’t gotten back to me.
I’m starting a legal action and I don’t advise you to use UKGVS.”

I called an immigration attorney and they said I am not EVEN eligible for a Skilled Worker Visa WITHOUT a sponsor!!”

“Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to request a refund from UKGVS and was informed that I will only qualify for a 50% refund. With all the money lost I have been waiting close to 6months for my refund. Numerous emails to their support and going back and forth, I have been very patient and understanding... they now don't even return answer my email. Asked me for how much money I had in my bank account and then asked for the first 6 digits of my card ( for verification), once I told the gentleman that I would not share this info over the phone. He got extremely aggresive and even told me that he would give me his credit card number. I smelled the SCAM and hung the phone, do not fall for this folks. They are all in on it, teaming up to rob you of your cash! We drove to their so-called offices in Bristol, there are no offices there! Surprisingly (not really), we all have the same problem! Money taken, no promised services provided! They even copy/paste the same replies.

“We lost so much money they didn't even get us our visa they just took all our money by Emma is the biggest con she snakes her way into your wallet promising everything is there but it never happens. These people need to be removed they ruined our family dream of going to UK took all our money. And we not talking small money either. They not even in Bristol.. they somewhere in Israel....they also make you sign a waiver so you don't write a bad review.... Screw them you guys are thieves I hope karma bites you in the ass”
