We have reached out to the UK Immigration Office to have this company reprimanded and they have turned it over to the police. \r\n\r\nBe wary, they will talk a big game on their first call with you. But all transactions will be over the phone, there will be a promise of only a one time fee but they will call you again and again with new fees that have to be paid right then or your application will be cancelled all without any written record or clear explanation of what said fees are for. We\u2019re talking thousands of dollars. \r\n\r\nThey will not create an application for you. We verified with the immigration office that despite being told we had an active application created by UKGVS no such visa application existed. \r\n\r\nWhen we reached out to demand a refund, they replied with the excuse that our verbal agreement over the phone was enough reason for them to keep all of our money. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe information they provided was all incorrect. Starting with our ability to apply for a work visa while still in the US and no UK job offer yet made. Continuing with us both being able to apply under one (very incomplete) visa application for my husband alone. And ending with nearly $4,000 worth of legal fees that resulted still in no application and no biometrics and nothing tangible to show for our process. \r\n\r\nDo your research, there is a class action lawsuit against UKGVS and with good reason. This fraudulent company is swindling people out of serious money."
