“I was very pleased with the whole process. Having been shocked by a quote for insurance from a company associated with my mortgage provider, I thought it was worth a call to UK Insurance Net just to check - it was well worth it as it saved me over £300 on my new Buy To Let Landlords insurance! Discussing over the phone was easy and reassured me that I'd given all the information honestly and not misunderstood any online questions. Will make a point of calling them first next time.”

Many thanks for your feedback which is appreciated although a little vague. Have reviewed the transaction and cannot see where we have failed to deliver great service. I could understand your repeated comment if you had reason to complain at any time so we are at a loss to understand the comment made. Hopefully as you proceeded with the policy and at a lower price than you had already been quoted elsewhere, then we have managed to meet some of your expectations

“It is not made clear if you cancel your policy within the 14 days cooling off period that the admin charge of £25 is non refundable”

Thank you for your feedback and your comment expressing disappointment that it was not made clear to you that the admin fee would not be refunded were you to cancel the policy within the 14 day cooling off period. As you are aware from previous correspondence between yourself and the company we have already confirmed to you that the following statement was verbally read out to you at the time you purchased the policy as evidenced in the call recording made at the time and which I have listened to. "All cancellations are exclusive of administration fees and are subject to no claims being made or reported" Whilst we are obviously disappointed that you chose to cancel the policy within the 14 day cooling off period, we also understand that this can very occasionally happen. However, the comment you have made in your feedback is incorrect as we have already confirmed to you that it was made clear to you as outlined in our verbal disclosure above.

“The feedback is based purely on the interface I had with your representative who I contacted to discuss landlord insurance. I found him very professional, pleasant and reassuring, without being pushy. A shame his approach is not often replicated by other online sales staff.”

“So pleased I found this company. I bought a house in the UK, and had to return to Australia before exchange. This meant I was thousands of miles away when I had to purchase property insurance within 24 hours, made even more complicated by the fact that the house was unoccupied. From my first contact with UK Insurance Net, I was treated professionally and courteously. Tom, and later Chris, listened to my situation and provided advice on how I could obtain the best comprehensive insurance for my circumstances. I ended up with a flexible policy that was fully comprehensive, and at a price far less than I'd imagined. Once I move over to the UK permanently, I'll be returning to UK Insurance Net to arrange my occupied property insurance. Thanks to Tom and Chris for making what seemed like a daunting task very easy!”
