“we had a quote to renew our insurance , so before i accepted i rang up to see if there was any cheaper quotes available the female who delt with me was very good and found us a cheaper quote it was a little less cover but it was something i didn't really need so we accepted and documents was posted out quickly”

“I was thrilled to bits with the service & price. I had been on the phone all day trying to acquire insurance for a house that was left to me by an old relative who had passed away. I was quoted prices ranging from £63 up to £130 a month for buildings insurance. Then I came across your company & I'm so glad I did. The lady on the phone was so lovely, kind, patient & professional & I ended up with a superb quote of £16 a month! Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I can't recommend you highly enough. Many thanks.”

“I have inured through ukinsurance netuk for a number of years. Always been pleased with the level of service. However, I have one criticism and taht is the number of generated emails you now get to remind you and they are not as clear on how to renew as they used to be.”

“It's nice to find a company that answer the phone when you call them and that the office is here in the UK! I've used UKinsuranceNet on and off for a few years now, mainly to fill in the gaps that another major insurer won't cover but I've come to realise that UKinsuranceNet are so much cheaper for the same level of cover, that I'm now about to change all my policies over to them this year!”

“An good example of an internet based business model, which provides no customer care, I have never mad a claim, but when advising of a dangerous party wall, (just in case it collapsed), damaged by the neighbouring property's tree, this Company simply were not interested. You may wonder why I have re-insured with them. I will ensure that I look elsewhere in good time next year, and possibly insure though a more traditional provider, that gives me confidence that should I ever need to claim, they will honour their obligations to indemnify.”

Hello Mr Eaves, We were sorry to hear you were not happy with our service on this occasion. After speaking with our advisor and reviewing the file, this shows that although you notified us about a claim which you felt was your responsibility, even though we dealt with the claim on your behalf, the claim was subsequently declined due to the fact that your neighbour (not you) is responsible for the damage to the 3rd party wall and they have already accepted liability. I can understand that you feel aggrieved as the adjacent property was unoccupied and that you were not getting any response from the owners. As we explained, whilst this is not logged as a claim against yourself or against your own property, we do have a duty to inform your insurer regarding the incident. To suggest we were simply not interested I feel is unfair given the level of support we have provided to you on this occasion.
