If you haven't managed to resolve yet, raise a chargeback with your credit card company. They will deal with the hassle etc.. and you should get your money back pretty quickly

Where is my order 981554 tops arrived but NO shorts, emails not answered phone number not taking calls. These are Christmas presents and I am very concerned . Cost a lot of money!
