“Very harsh customer service that is lacking in any understanding or empathy, ignoring the order systems glitches &, failure.
My order arrived wrong & when I enquired I was sent a attachment that could be just typed out same item separate but in the same order & almost £20 overcharged due to the tiny mistake. Which should of been flagged !
If the glitch was a payment issue .
I know from experience that they 🤙 you to clarify! Unless it's in There favour. I have been shopping for years with them but no consideration for this was taken into account. I hope to edit this with a more positive view if they respond to my polite email in a helpful way.”

“I have been using Uksp for 4 years and always got my order and been happy with it. Unfortunately as of late when ordering off my husbands credit card and my bank card we have been hacked and they have taken money out our accounts. Scammed out of £1800. I got a brand new card after frudelent behaviour on the 9th January. Didn’t use my card until the 17th for my tablets and then the 18 they tried to spend £152 at adidas and buy a scooter. Very unfortunate as I have been a very good customer. Now no more!!!!”

“UKSP was fine for the first couple of orders but I have now had more trouble with this outfit and a broken contract (payment taken but no delivery) than with all other online pharmacies I have ever dealt with put together. If my experience is anything to go by they should now be avoided at all costs.”
“instantly.Scam Scam Scam!!!! Please beware and warned of this site! They are nothing but rip off and cheeky. I placed an order and paid for it on the 25th of last month(April 2020) which was cashed instantly. After a week of not receiving my order, I mailed them and was told as soon as the payment is cleared, my order will be sent. Had to mail them again on the 16th of this month( April 2020) the respond was, they’re pleased to tell me my order has been sent and it’s at my local post office so I should expect delivery. As at now, nothing has been received and they’re telling me to accept 50% of my original order. I expressed my disappointment and even agreed. My next response was there’s nothing they can do about it since I’ve turned turned their generous offer down so they’ve closed my case meaning they’ve robbed me of my money without delivering my order. I’m 100% certain that the positive reviews are coming from the the same scammer or scammers. Please beware! I’ve just been robbed of £34.53 . The one star I gave is to allow me write a review.”
“Basically ripped me off for £80+ by taking money a d not delivering the items, please avoid this company, as they have no customer care and have now waited 10 days for a delivery that takes 2-4, when i contacted them they give me excuses not to forfil there agreement,”
