“For anyone considering the service, it’s probably worth clarifying in writing exactly what type of funding search you want (for example grants only versus broader funding options) so expectations are fully aligned from the start. There are many grants and you want to not miss any. Justin and the team are super helpful when it comes to this, but you have to sometimes ask for it!”
