“Supply issues got in the way of me getting my order but we got there in the end! It was frustrating at times but I had a couple of phone calls explaining the delay & stuck with it. I could see the product I wanted was not in stock anywhere, Adam from Unbeatable was true to his word & my goods arrived.”

“I ordered a radiator on a Wednesday and it had not come by the following Wednesday when it should have come in 0-5 days. After phoning the company twice it was then delivered on the Thursday”

“I really pleased with the part when it did arrive. I would have given 5/5 but the part took months to arrive even though it said in stock when we purchased it. To be fair to the supplier, they did always respond to my e-mails and even offered a refund, but I needed the part so was prepared to wait.”

“Very happy - I was able to find the shower spare part I needed and purchase and delivery were very smooth. Only point for improvement is the product listing could have had more details, e.g. additional dimensions and photos which would have helped me be sure that it was exactly what I needed (thankfully it was).”

“Very good customer service and fast dispatch. The only reason for not giving 5* is because I was able to order and one product was out of stock (I think this should’ve said before I purchased) but they were extremely helpful in suggesting alternatives and were very quick at replying to me. I would recommend and buy from them again”

“Great service - customer service was fast responding and item arrived in good time frame. The only reason for not giving top marks is due to being told item was out of stock and would be delayed after paying at the checkout and receiving confirmation, not before confirming purchase,”
