“Ordered Wednesday 6th of this month, now the 10th. Says they deliver the trainers within 2/3 working days yet I’ve not received tracking number to chase it up. Tried contacting them via email, whatsapp and Instagram NO RESPONSE! Seen some other reviews saying the same thing. Do not order, shocking customer service, starting to think they only source instagram influencers and scam normal customers. Avoid buying from them!!!”

“Awful service. After accepting my payment for a pair of off white shoes they then decided to notify my 2 weeks later ( 2 weeks before Christmas) that they didn’t have the size required in stock. They then offered me an alternative pair but as the Black Friday sale was over they were requesting I made a further payment of £40. After asking for them to honour the price as it was their mistake they replied with blunt and rude responses. It then took over a week to get my money back as they kept ignoring my messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are unorganised and don’t have and customer service. Take your money elsewhere as you could be waiting weeks to then find out your not getting your shoes.”
“Ordered moncler trainers on Saturday, Monday morning get a phone call to say they don’t have the size I ordered but will send a half size down out to me to try, Tuesday get a notice off PayPal to say it’s been refunded no extra info, tried to call no answer, so text the guy and he said sorry don’t have that size either. Website says that they have them all in stock but at extra cost for the size I wanted now. Much better personal shoppers out there don’t waste your time or money.”

This companies after sales is the worst I’ve ever encountered, an absolute disgrace. Stay away from mrundivided they not interested in helping their customers out ! I have had to sort this mess out myself with DPD delivery. Massive thanks to mrundivided for nothing. Warning ! ! STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

This is a scam request. This company operate fraudulently. I already contacted my bank as they withdrew money from my account.
I am not paying this request, they never sent the product I purchased, they took out postage already, and international charge from China, despite saying UK based company, then this request for a second postage amount for product that did not arrive.
