“I ordered an IPAD case, waited for 10 days and called their customer services to be told it was lost in transit. I was then told they would email me a different case to see if I liked it as the one I ordered was sold out, I waited and did not receive any emails. Not impressed”

“I've been trying to find Procell AA 1.5v batteries to power a wall-mounted gas fire - it will not work with Duracell Ultra or Optimum batteries. Can't find a retailer anywhere that stocks Procell - TradeNRG UK had a set of 10 for just £4.99 incl delivery to Northern Ireland, which was ideal. It wasn't delivered on time but understandable as it was Christmas time with lots of bank holidays.”
