“Ordered a new 2 metre USB cable for my phone. I got exactly what I ordered and it works perfectly. I have no complaints about the product or the way it was delivered to me. Only issue I had was the lack of information on the time it would take to be deliver. I wasn't kept updated. A date of estimated arrival would be a great improvement.”

“Order placed, goods delivered. Just the right amount of messages to know my order had been received, then the goods dispatched. After that, updates could be found through Royal Mail - or should have, as Royal Mail are not as user friendly: a message that updates would only be available when a delivery was attempted fell very short of useful, but that's not TradeNRG UK's fault. Maybe they could use a courier though.”

“The Chargers arrived and are working fine so far. However it's all about their longevity to me, as have had various ones before and they didn't last, as such rated four stars as this is unknow atm”
