“Have to give you very poor for your packaging. What a waste to send 2 small batteries in such a very, very big envelope. We're should all be doing our utmost to reduce wastage, my grandchildren couldn't believe it when I showed them. Would love to do business with you again if you help save the planet.”

“Items were posted on time but Royal Mail apparently damaged the package and lost the items and they returned the empty package to NRG. I was rapidly informed and refunded by NRG.”
