“Ordered lots of batteries, I had a dispatch notice to say they were on the way, a week went by and no delivery and no tracking information was provided, but said the service used was Royal Mail Tracked 48. I contacted them via their online chat, took a very long time to respond, when they eventually did, they said they would update the tracking information. Another day went by, and I get a notification of a refund, no explanation, sorry or any contact, even when I messaged to ask why, and no response was given. Although I was given a full refund, I won't be using this company again, as their customer service is non existent.”

“Ordered a Apple iPhone charging cable over a week ago.Have still not received the said item Have sent messages on chat to ask where it is but have yet to receive a reply. If I have not received item by Friday I will be contacting PayPal to lodge a complaint.”
