“So quick! Arrived 1-2 days after ordering. But please put fragile tape on your packages! I ordered the Nuby Rapid Cool, it didn’t have any fragile tape on or packaged with bubble wrap. My postman launched it over the back gate - although it looks fine and the touch screen still works fine I’m unsure if the flash has been damaged by the drop.”

“I bought gorilla glue to fix a set of headphones and so far so good. I’ve used gorilla tape in the past and that being so good I thought I’d try the glue and I’m glad I did as it’s good and strong. Delivery was quick but too expensive in my opinion which is why I only gave four stars. 5 stars for the glue itself. I’d recommend the glue to a friend. Many thanks Alan.”

“I was emailed confirmation that my order was being shipped via Royal Mail 48 delivery, however, after 3 working days it hadn't arrived, on the fourth day I received an email from you saying Royal Mail had a problem with the package and asked me if you could send out a replacement order to which I said yes and I received it 3 working days later. I would be happy to use your company again in the future and I'm pleased with my purchase. Thank you for informing me about the problem and dealing with it, but may I suggest like other companies, that you send out tracking details when shipping is confirmed so that your customers can also see where the parcels are for their peace of mind, so they don't assume the worst that either it's not been sent, delivered to the wrong address or, as in this case down to the delivery provider.”
