They did ask if I wanted a replacement but getting faulty goods in my first order didn't fill me with confidence so I opted for a refund. “ Avoid, they sent the first package to the wrong address then ask me to collect it,that wasn't going to happen and they sent a replacement package to the same address, after I have given them my address 5 times, I have given up all hope of every receiving my batteries or every seeing a refund they can't follow simple Instruction. ”
