I got faulty goods in my first order so, maybe I shouldn't be too hard on them. They did ask if I wanted a replacement but getting faulty goods in my first order didn't fill me with confidence so I opted for a refund. That came through quicker than the goods, so I must be thankful for that. Return custom is never happening. G'luck šŸ€ if you venture, you may need it...

Avoid, they sent the first package to the wrong address then ask me to collect it,that wasn't going to happen and they sent a replacement package to the same address, after I have given them my address 5 times, I have given up all hope of every receiving my batteries or every seeing a refund they can't follow simple Instruction.

Didnā€™t turn up, said Royal Mail couldnā€™t deliver but Iā€™ve been at home the last month and had no delivery attempts. Still awaiting refund. Not sure if this company is legit

Another day went by, and I get a notification of a refund, no explanation, sorry or any contact, even when I messaged to ask why, and no response was given.

I recieved a reply saying sorry and asking for an explanation of why I had waited so long to report the matter ( but no refund or indication of when or if it would come).

I ordered a charging cable for my Samsung A12 on the 10.6.2022 and the money for this item was taken a couple of days after. To date I have still not received my cable šŸ˜• so as a result I would like my cable alternatively you refund the cost that you have already taken. All other questions cannot be answered as I have nothing to show for the money I have paid currently!.Now received today.

I accidentally ordered the wrong cables and was assured of a refund if I sent them back. They then kept telling me they needed the tracking information so I still have no refund. Not impressed.

I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive and I didnā€™t receive a refund for the extra I paid.
